Create Work Orders
When a frontline worker flags a deviation during an inspection, CheckProof generates a work order with the original finding attached with photos, location, severity, category and deviation tags. The same happens when a sensor reading triggers an alert. Managers can also report deviations directly from the admin panel. No manual re-entry, no context lost between the operator who found the problem and the technician who fixes it.
Assign to Responsible
Every work order is assigned to an internal or external owner with a clear deadline. Push notifications ensure it’s seen, while Safety Alerts can be sent for critical messages. Managers view all open, overdue and in-progress work orders from their dashboard, filtered by site, priority or asset. If the job needs an external contractor, the work order can be sent directly as a purchase order from the platform, complete with cost centre, delivery date, delivery address and instructions.
Close out with documented evidence
When the job is done, the assigned person closes the work order with photos, notes and a timestamp. The full lifecycle including original finding, assignment, actions taken and final resolution is stored as one continuous, traceable record. Export completed work orders to PDF for external reporting or audit documentation. Nothing is lost. Nothing needs re-explaining during an audit or handover.
