The opportunity

As part of its business development trajectory, CheckProof is looking to increase its market share in the UK and Europe. In line with these goals, we are looking to recruit a Customer Success Manager to support the growth of our customers in the UK, German-speaking markets, France, and Spain to ensure our clients get the most benefit out of the CheckProof system.

You will ensure the CheckProof’s customers will have the best possible experience withour digital tool. You will be involved from the onboarding stage through to maintaining the working relationship with the client. In this role you will be a spider in the web, ensuring that our customers get the right resources according to their needs. Your closest team members will be within the Support and Sales team, where you will work closely with colleagues throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities 

Implementation - Ensure the CheckProof system is implemented correctly as per the user's need.

Project Management - Ensure that the customer's objectives are met throughout their user journey with us.

Maintenance - Continuous follow-up with your assigned client base to ensure they are getting the most out of the product.

Foster Client Relationships – ensure an excellent working relationship with clients, continuing to meet their needs with the highest customer service standards.

Expansion - Grow the customer usage with add-ons or user expansions.

Work with set targets to ensure that CheckProof maintains a low churn rate and grows customer usage through growth in their ARR.

Qualifications 🧑‍💻👩🏽‍💻

Experience from the Construction Materials Industry is preferable.

Native English or German or French or Spanish speaker.

Familiarity with the CheckProof tool and platform is desirable.

Experience of working towards budgets and targets.

Ability to work well as part of a team but also independently.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Good communication and people skills.
