Make repair, replacement and purchase decisions based on accurate, real-time data from your fleet.

Automated routines

Ensure routines are carried out on time by triggering them automatically based on operating data.

Lower fleet costs

Control fuel and maintenance costs with visibility across a mixed-brand fleet.

Shared numbers

Keep finance, operations, and frontline teams working from the same numbers.

Connected data

Unlock the data you already collect by getting it into the tools your team actually uses.

Five types of integrations, one platform

CheckProof can integrate with your tools across five categories. Click through to the one that fits your setup, or get in touch and our team can build a custom integration to meet your requirements.

Heavy industry fleet & telematics

Your whole mixed fleet with one source of truth. CheckProof syncs machine data from 25+ providers automatically. See location, operating time, fuel levels and more in one place.

Pre-built, out-of-the-box
Connecting your telematics with CheckProof is simple: only a one-time credential setup is required. CheckProof ships with integrations for the most common telematics providers in the heavy industry.

Examples of data CheckProof reads from your fleet
Once your telematics provider is connected, CheckProof periodically reads the machine data the telematic provider makes available. Exactly which data points come through depends on your provider (coverage varies). The examples below are common across most integrations.

Examples of data points*:
Geographic location
Operating time
Fuel consumption
Idling
Load in numbers
Total payload
* Data points availability depends on your telematics provider.

Don't see your brand? We can build it.
CheckProof connects to machines using AEMP 2.0/ISO 15143-3 and RFMS (the two dominant telematics protocols in heavy industry) alongside manufacturer-specific APIs where needed. Over 25 providers and integrations are supported. Tell us what you run and we'll confirm compatibility.

IoT and Sensors

Your equipment knows when something is wrong before it gets noticed by your team. Connect your existing sensors and alarm infrastructure to CheckProof so that vibration spikes, temperature anomalies, or combined alarm conditions automatically trigger the right checklist or raise a deviation.

From time-based to condition-based maintenance
Conventional maintenance runs on fixed intervals - daily, weekly, monthly checks that happen regardless of what the equipment is doing. Condition-based maintenance is more precise: it acts when sensors detect that something is changing, catching performance drops before they become downtime. With CheckProof you can configure the thresholds in your existing alarm system, based on a single sensor or a combination. When a threshold is crossed, your alarm system detects the condition and sends the event to CheckProof, which then triggers an appropriate workflow or action.

Sensor integrations ready for you to use
CheckProof has integrations with Schaeffler and HID. Contact us to confirm compatibility and get your setup configured.

Need to connect a sensor system that is not on the list? Every setup is different. Our team will work with yours to scope the connection before any build begins.
How it works
Image
Configure your alarms Set thresholds in your alarm system based on one or multiple sensor readings (vibration, temperature, pressure, or others).
Image
Connect to CheckProof Map each alarm condition to a checklist or deviation type in CheckProof.

Let the equipment decide When the threshold is crossed, your alarm system sends the event to CheckProof, which triggers the right action automatically.
Pigeon devices

Pigeon is a compact hardware device your team installs on-site and wires directly into a machine's electrical inputs. It listens to the equipment's own signals (counting cycles, measuring runtime, or reading a live value like pressure or temperature) and sends that data to CheckProof on a regular schedule. Nothing connects back into it, which keeps it simple and safe on a customer's network.

Pigeon is ideal for process equipment and stationary assets that can't report for themselves. In short, install a pigeon device anywhere you want maintenance driven by real machine usage.

How it works
Once Pigeon is wired in and pointing at the right CheckProof account, it runs on its own. It continuously reads the machine's inputs - digital signals such as pulses per cycle, cumulative runtime or analog values (e.g. a 0–10V sensor mapped to a 0–100 scale). It also updates the corresponding odometers in CheckProof automatically. From there, CheckProof does the rest.

What Pigeon reads
Operating hours
Cycle or pulse counts
Produced quantity
Analog sensor values (pressure, temperature, etc.)
Up to 8 inputs can be configured per device.
What CheckProof does with it
Keeps each machine's odometer current
Triggers scheduled checks when a service interval is reached
Raises a deviation or flags an issue if something doesn’t look right
Starts the right inspection on the right unit
Other trigger rules can be configured in CheckProof
ERP Systems

Connect CheckProof with your preferred ERP platform and decide on your sync schedule. No more double entry, no more reconciliation headaches.

Example of use cases

Trigger maintenance work orders and deviations on CheckProof from your ERP systems.

Push completed maintenance work orders and deviations from CheckProof to your ERP for cost tracking.

Pull asset master data from your ERP into CheckProof so frontline teams see the same unit catalogue.

Feed operational hours from CheckProof back into your ERP for depreciation and planning.

Data analytics & BI

CheckProof is where your operational data lives. Your BI tool is where your business sees it. We can connect the two using CheckProof’s External API so you can build the dashboards and reports your organization needs.

Use CheckProof’s raw data such as refills, checks and deviations to create your custom analyses on fleet utilization, maintenance cost per unit, incident trends and more.

Build executive dashboards that combine CheckProof data with data from the rest of your business.

Share visualizations across teams without giving everyone a CheckProof login.

Track KPIs in the same tool your finance and operations teams already use.

How to connect CheckProof with your BI tool

CheckProof's External API is a standard JSON REST API. Most BI platforms, such as Power BI, Tableau and Domo, can pull from it using their built-in REST or Web connectors. In Power BI, for example, you'd use the Web connector with your API credentials to bring CheckProof data directly into your model.

If your analytics team needs help setting up the connection, our integrations team can work with them directly.

External API: build any integration you need

External API covers custom use cases such as integration with proprietary software your own team has built in-house.

Security and authentication
The External API uses OAuth 2.0 Bearer token. All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and data is encrypted at rest. For customers in regulated industries or with specific data residency requirements, our integrations team can provide a security overview and answer compliance questions directly.

Data available for push and pull through CheckProof’s External API

Read from CheckProof (GET)
Units and asset data
Deviations and incident reports
Performed checks and inspection results
Service records
Odometer / meter readings

Write to CheckProof (PUT/POST)
Units (create or update)
Deviations (create or update)
Odometer / meter readings (update existing)
Checklist triggers (start a check on a specific unit)

User provisioning is handled separately via SCIM / Microsoft Entra. HSEQ rounds, items, documents and incidents are not currently available through the External API.

Need a custom integration?

Custom integrations go through a structured scoping and specification process with our integrations team. Tell us what system you need to connect to CheckProof. We'll assess feasibility, agree on the scope, and build it. Timelines and cost depend on complexity. You will get clarity on both, before any build begins.
