CheckProof is a digital platform with customizable templates, such as digital checklists to help you manage and improve Maintenance and HSEQ management of your operations. It is frontline-friendly and simple to use. Simplicity increases engagement, and so will improve the quality and amount of data you collect from operators and machines on the field. Connect your frontline workers with the CheckProof app and get a complete overview of all sites and all teams from an admin dashboard and one single platform.
When you sign up, you get instant access to your account and can start to set it up in line with your needs. Go through our online learning platform or let us support you with the onboarding. We will walk you through the basics, including building and customizing checklists to suit your needs.

CheckProof does not offer a trial period, however, we can organize detailed demos (to several members of your team) so you can get a thorough understanding of the system and feel confident before a purchase.
Support
Depending on the size of your company and the number of users, you can get going in just one day. You will receive a welcome email with a contact person assigned. You will be offered the opportunity of an onboarding should this be of interest. They will also point you to guides and CheckProof Academy where you can quickly get all the resources needed. The scope for each client varies depending on the assets, structure, checklists and processes that are already in place.
Billing & Account
CheckProof offers annual subscription packages, and the cost is calculated based on the number of users and add-ons you choose. This is then invoiced monthly, or quarterly depending on your agreement.
CheckProof has standard annual agreements, with a 3-month rolling cancellation period. So, customers must give notice at least 3 months before the automatic contract renewal. Failure to do so, results in an automatic renewal for another year.
For online purchases, cancellations can be done with a 1-month notice period.

Yes, this is possible to do.
Yes! CheckProof is cloud based and with CheckProof Offline Mode you’re able to use the app without wi-fi. The data will be synchronized the next time you connect to wi-fi. Please note that ‘Offline Mode’ is an add-on feature and not part of the basic package.

Integrations
Yes! CheckProof’s built-in integrations are set up using an API called AEMP 2.0, adhering to industry standards for construction businesses and fleets. This means you can manage telematics data from a variety of machines and vehicles of several different brands, all on the same platform.
CheckProof supports telematics within the construction materials industry. CheckProof has pre-built integrations with Volvo, Caterpillar, Liebherr, Scania, Terex, and several other manufacturers. This way, you can stream a wide set of data (examples below) – straight from your fleet into your CheckProof platform. Our user-friendly interface helps you turn this information into insights on trends and potential areas of improvement. You can also use it to trigger different maintenance tasks.

Yes, we are. CheckProof received ISO 27001 certification in 2023 and this is reviewed annually.
